WOMEN's SELF DEFENCE at PTI™
Cost = $200/month, Duration = ongoing, 2 hours/week

A comprehensive self-defense class for women. The course features escape strategies, defensive techniques, and simulated attacks. Fitness principles, such as strength, agility, and proper nutrition, will be addressed.

An exploration of pressure points and vulnerabilities is included. Weaponry skills using knives and regular objects as weapons will be taught. After several classes, female students should be able to:

• Defend against a larger male attacker
• Use judo to throw larger attacker
• Disarm attacker: - knife or firearm
• Maintain level of fitness required to run away from attack
• Disable attacker using specialised jabs and attacks
• Understand and practice good nutrition
• Enjoy confidence of safety
